Working Location: Blackburn, Lancashire

Hours of Work: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm (42.5 hours per week)

Established for over 40 years and now one of the North West’s leading multi award winning Engineering companies, WEC Group Ltd is looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic Warehouse Operative to join our busy WECJet team based in Blackburn, Lancashire.

Responsibilities

* Goods in - booking in and inspection of material, handling test certs

* Goods out - running delivery notes, wrapping, packing and basic quality checks

* Loading and unloading vehicles

* Putting away and getting materials out

* Stock checking and maintaining accurate records

* Housekeeping - ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of the department and yard area are maintained to a high standard at all times to comply with Health and Safety standards

Knowledge, Skills, Experience

* FLT – Counterbalance Licence

* Ability to work efficiently and build effective working relationships

* Overhead crane/slinging & lifting skills

* Experience in a similar role/environment
