Role Summary:
The Warehouse Lead provides direction and assistance to all warehouse personnel in order to meet assigned objectives. In this role you will work within defined parameters to make decisions, apply concepts to issues of moderate complexity, and resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning.

Essential Responsibilities:

employees to support the business objectives

* "Times New Roman";mso-fareast-language:EN-GB">Lead the warehouse team in
all safety objectives and promote safe methods of work

* "Times New Roman";mso-fareast-language:EN-GB">Conduct daily tool box talks
to cover daily goals and key objectives for the work day

* "Times New Roman";mso-fareast-language:EN-GB">liaise with the Materials
Resource Planners to assign personnel to specific tasks

* "Times New Roman";mso-fareast-language:EN-GB">Develop, coordinate, lead
and execute daily production plans

* "Times New Roman";mso-fareast-language:EN-GB">Accomplish goals while
maintaining high team morale, employee involvement, safety and teamwork

* "Times New Roman";mso-fareast-language:EN-GB">Support key stakeholders
(T&A, Machine Shop & Repairs) with short term planning
requirements.

management team in training & development of warehouse staff &
Procedures
* "Times New Roman";mso-fareast-language:EN-GB">Responsible for staging, yard/offshore and box, pack and preservation

Qualifications/Requirements:

* "Times New Roman";mso-fareast-language:EN-GB">The Warehouse lead must have
previous experience of materials control within a manufacturing
environment

* "Times New Roman";mso-fareast-language:EN-GB">Ability to build and lead a
team through change

* "Times New Roman";mso-fareast-language:EN-GB">Strong analytical, problem
solving, and project management skills

* "Times New Roman";mso-fareast-language:EN-GB">Six Sigma training is
preferred

* "Times New Roman";mso-fareast-language:EN-GB">Strong organizational skills

* "Times New Roman";mso-fareast-language:EN-GB">Ability to work without
direct supervision

* "Times New Roman";mso-fareast-language:EN-GB">Strong oral and written
communication skills

* "Times New Roman";mso-fareast-language:EN-GB">Strong interpersonal and
leadership skills

experience, both within MRP systems and Microsoft packages
