Trainee Business and Administration Assistant - (180000R1)

A Business and Administration Trainee / Apprentice who will work in the Warrington office undertaking general office duties to supporting the Pre construction and bid management team, help ensure the smooth running of the Warrington office and become a key member of the Pre Construction Team. This is a developmental role, with support towards a Business and Administration Advance Level Apprenticeship and/or a HNC in Business.
Key Responsibilities: Within this role you will undertake a range of duties including the below....
Archiving – scanning and logging on appropriate software/system
Collating and submitting information
Compiling reports and spreadsheets
Filing (as and when required)
First Aider (part of wider team - training will be provided if no current certificate)
Hospitality – ordering catering supplies, lunches and maintaining boardrooms
Organizing meetings and workshops
Internal and external post (cover as required)
Photocopying/binding (as and when required)
Typing (as and when required)
General administration duties for the Warrington Team (as required)
Visiting and supporting sites when required.
Experience and Qualifications:

* GCSE Maths and English (A to C grade) as a minimum
Experience in a similar role advantageous but not essential.
