Here at Mercedes AMG High Performance Powertrains, based at our Technology Centre in Brixworth Northamptonshire, we are pleased to announce the launch of our Work Experience Academy programme.

As part of this we are looking to fill a temporary vacancy, which will help us towards our 2021 and 2022 Formula E and F1 World Championship campaigns in Test Engineering.

We have structured the role to be an entry level position and they are therefore a great opportunity for the successful candidates to gain 12 months of paid work experience in a world class environment and multiple F1 World Championship winning team.

Therefore this role is ideal for anyone wanting a career change or looking for an opportunity to gain experience within FE/F1.

We will be offering the following:

* 1 year paid work experience placements as a Test Engineer within the Test Engineering Department

* Relevant on the job training that will allow applicants to build their transferable skills.

* Gain experience as a Design Engineer using CATIA modelling, analysis and drafting to create and release PU components

* £33,000 annual salary

* Statutory holiday and pension contributions

We are looking for Engineering Graduates with an Engineering Degree level 2-1 or better who can work well in a team and who have a good work ethic.
