Here, you’ll design, develop and shape the future of our electronic systems by helping us find visionary developments in everything from hybrid vehicles and infotainment to advanced electronic systems integration and electrics.
Sophisticated and technically complex, the electrical distribution systems in our vehicles are designed to the highest specifications, and when you join us, you’ll lead the team responsible for maintaining and delivering systems for a number of different models.
The main aim of this role is to lead the Test team who are responsible for the validation and verification of the feature(s) within the area of your responsibility. Your work will also see you collaborate with the Systems Team Leads and Lead Engineers to deliver requirements-driven V&V solutions in a timely manner and according to vehicle programme timing and project milestones. In addition, you’ll need to determine priorities and direct the testing of requirements, which will require assigning tasks across the Project Test team, scheduling tests on L3/4/5 rigs and vehicles and managing test plans to ensure timely delivery.

In addition, you’ll need experience in the development of V&V processes including test case design, traceability to requirements and qualification of test environment, along with System and Software test experience.
