We are looking for an experienced Team Secretary. This will primarily involve providing support to two Partners, in addition to assisting the Training department in the day-to-day running of the training capability and its onsite facility. Flexibility and the ability to manage multiple complex activities under time pressure are essential.

Supporting two Partners
• Complex diary management
• Inbox management
• Expenses support
• Global travel and accommodation support
• Manage regular client visits to both PA sites and external venues
• Provide general administrative support

Other
• Provide support for the Training Department, including full cover 2 days a week
• Provide ad-hoc support to the Technical Cyber Sales team.
• Provide admin support to Digital Trust and Cyber Services by raising PO’s and making PCard payments
• Ensure compliance with PA’s policies, processes, procedures and quality systems at all times
• Provide cover for other team members when necessary

Job Requirements

• Proven expertise and experience in a business support role
• The ability to apply a structured and organised approach to managing workload under pressure
• The ability to manage processes from start to successful completion, taking full ownership to drive things through
• Confidence working both autonomously and within a large team
• Effective interpersonal communication (verbal and written)
• Proficiency in the use of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Evidence of key personal attributes such as accuracy, initiative, proactivity, flexibility, common sense, discretion
• Experience of working for an organisation where client activities are the priority would be extremely beneficial
