Position Purpose Statement

As a Team Leader you will be responsible for the day to day management of the Digital Surveyors activities in order to meet leakage targets as defined by the RPS.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

* Drive, support and mentor teams on a daily basis.
* Undertake site-based briefing/debriefing sessions with acoustic teams.
* Drive and manage performance of the acoustic teams.
* Undertake IMS duties such as site-based audits and BEST observations.
* Ensure customer facing excellence is maintained.
* Ensure adequate and accurate completion of paperwork (including timesheets, survey forms, leak details, etc.).
* Adherence to Company policies and procedures at all times, especially relating to Health & Safety.

Experience & Knowledge

* Demonstrable experience of working within field services.
* Good problem-solving and organisation skills.
* Commitment to working safely with excellent health and safety awareness.
* Ability to use and act upon own initiative to overcome problems / issues.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
* Willingness to learn and embrace new skills, techniques and working methods.
* Ability to interpret water network schematics and plans.
* Prepared to work in a flexible manner.

Qualifications and Professional Membership

* Basic written, numerical and IT skills.
* NVQ Level 2 and 3 desirable
* NRSWA Unit 2 & Unit 10 Street Works Signing, Lighting and Guarding.
* National Water Hygiene.
* Full UK driving license.
