Your Role and Responsibilities

IBM's Talent and Transformation practice is at the forefront of helping clients to transform their workforce. In the UK we work with global organisations in helping them deliver solutions to their most complicated people related projects. We are in excess 250 people in the UK and Ireland supporting HR transformation, organisational change, talent attraction and development projects. We're looking for passionate consultant to join us in our mission and be part of our rapidly growing practice specifically around HR transformation with broader change management skills. Specific experience in leading bids, developing client propositions around Learning strategy, Academy development, Learning Management Systems and implementation as well as broader Talent Development are essential

Your role will be to:
* Support senior representatives in clients to help shape their Learning strategy and approach, and co-create and design their Learning transformation specifically around Learning Strategy, LMS design and implementation, user experience and change following a user centric design approach to solve the specific issues the client faces.
* Develop market leading thinking, eminence and propositions related to learning strategy, academy development, learning delivery models and technology. Once defined help take the thinking from concept to reality.
* Act as overall Project lead on a Learning transformation programme including leading a combined IBM and client team.
* Build relationships with third party providers and partners in the design and delivery of academy programmes.
* Own and deliver high quality outputs and deliverables including written documents and presentations.
* Work with client counterparts in the scoping and shaping of work, adopting an agile mind-set to delivery including gathering requirements, acting on feedback and taking action.
* Build strong client relationships through the work you are delivering and the role you perform on a project.
* Manage and guide junior members of the team and quality assure their deliverables and outputs.
* Bring external knowledge, experience and good practice along with a can do attitude and hands on approach to help deliver significant change projects.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

We're looking for passionate Talent Development Consultants with a desire to be at the forefront of the digital learning and change with some of the following experiences and expertise:
* Working in major Learning Transformation programs, including leading transformation programmes in major global/UK clients
* Design, development and delivery of academy and learning interventions with third party organisations, managing the risk and also relationships to ensure effective delivery of outcomes for our clients
* End to end experience of Learning strategy design through analysis of user requirements, TNA, ability to design learning content, learning technologies, specifying and designing an end to end learning solution (system, academies, content curation, cross-departmental learning technology related change programs
* Knowledge of LMS platforms and other technologies to help deliver improved learner experiences
* Excellent communication and analytic skills
* Proven ability to see the bigger picture and deliver business improvements
* Awareness of design thinking with a working knowledge of agile practices
* The ability to apply knowledge and expertise in varying client scenarios
* Accustomed to working to tight deadlines and under pressure

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

* Ideally you will have cross sector experience with exposure to the Central Government, Financial services, Pharmaceutical and Oil and Gas industries, a bonus.
* Broad organisational change management experience that includes moving clients to shared service models and designing new organisational structures
* Experience of different Learning solutions and technology (e.g. Cornerstone)
* Experience of Oracle, SuccessFactors or Workday ERP
