WHAT TO EXPECT
Here, you’ll design, develop and shape the future of our electronic systems by helping us find visionary developments in everything from hybrid vehicles and infotainment to advanced electronic systems integration and electrics.
In this role, you’ll manage and coordinate the design, development, testing and introduction of new systems and components (commodities). Operating in a cross-functional organisation, you’ll report into a Group Leader and, where delivering on specific vehicle programmes, a Module Leader.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
You’ll come to this role with previous experience within engineering or programme planning departments, where you’ll have also developed great communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to project self-confidence and a passion for the product in all your business interactions.
In this role, you should also be able to deliver with minimum supervision and lead the resolution of business, technical and process issues within a project team environment. A good working knowledge of product creation and delivery, change control, product definition and change management processes will also be required.
