About the role

Balfour Beatty has an exciting opportunity for a Sub Agent to join our Regional team to work in London.

Role Purpose

Oversees the management of the day to day delivery of Projects. Interfaces and collaborates with the site team and other Stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery on time and within budget. Manages the supply chain and direct workforce with Health and Safety being put first above all other considerations. Ensures compliance of a project with the Business Management System and company procedures i.e. Temporary Works, Quality Assurance.

As part of the TEAM2100 programme their maybe the requirement to be involved in the preparation of Task Order Proposals and associated documentation.

What you'll be doing

Overall responsibility for the day to day planning of site works and the production of short term programmes in line with construction methodologies and resources. Identifies and manages the temporary works requirements of the project, the production and adherence of Inspection and Test Plans as well as Risk Assessments and Method Statements.

A Sub Agent will deputise of the Agent on individual projects and is expected to be responsible for certain aspects whilst being a positive representation of the programme externally.
