Job Description

Are you the one that always has a plan and makes things happen? Have you successfully delivered your first software projects as a Project Manager? Are you keen to develop your career in Project Management?

We have an exciting opportunity in our global team of Project Managers, who are responsible for all Graphics Software project deliveries in the Media Engineering Business Unit.

Accountabilities and Responsibilities

You will work closely with engineering teams, other project managers and internal clients to optimise project outcomes. You will plan project timelines, monitor progress, mitigate risks and manage expectations. Arm also has a strong project management community, who share best practises and jointly develop Arm project managers' knowledge base.

Job Requirements

Essential Skills & Experience

* Leading projects using Agile methodologies
* Creating robust project plans
* Working effectively with distributed engineering teams
* Thriving in a rapidly changing environment
* Clear understanding of, and ability to apply the concepts of risk management
* Managing stakeholders through personal leadership and clear project goals
* Communicating with highly technical engineering teams

Desirable Skills & Experience

* Technical background
* Formal project management qualification (e.g. PMP)
* Experience from JIRA

Some travel across European sites is needed in this role.
