Your Role and Responsibilities
Please note that this is an internal only position and limits candidates to current regular IBMers of the same employing entity / company as the posted position.
You will be working in a team that is truly agile and operates a continuous delivery model, with small co-located squads responsible for setting their own direction in collaboration with our marketing team and up-line management. Your squad owns the complete life cycle of their deliveries. You will have the ability to learn new skills and technologies quickly. You will receive the support of your new team, who will help you get up to speed with the role, before long you'll be part of a close-knit squad that supports and trusts each other to deliver high quality code. As part of the role you will be:
Owning and managing the security and compliance controls that protect the ICCR service and ensure successful audits
Working with development teams and SREs to improve security posture, controls, tools, operations and processes
Participating in internal and external audits, security reviews, risk assessments, pen-tests and other compliance activities

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Strong team player who wants to broaden their career into security and compliance.
Excellent organisational skills, ability to keep track of lots of ongoing tasks.
Ability to understand system architectures and think critically about how this relates to security and compliance controls
Relevant experience
Experience with DevOps processes and tools
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
A strong technical background, including knowledge of one or more of the below:
Knowledge of Kubernetes, microservices architecture, and service meshes
Experience with Cloud technologies
Experience of programming languages (Python, Go, shell scripting etc)
Experience in vulnerability management and remediation techniques
Experience in networking technologies (e.g. TCP/IP, UDP, HTTPS, VLAN, SDN)
Experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
