We have a fantastic opportunity within our Highways business for an ambitious and talented Site Engineer to work within our Highways projects.
We are looking for a Site Engineer who holds a relevant industry qualification (HND/HNC/BEng or equivalent) and has experience working on a Construction site, with supervisory experience. The Site Engineer will need to be confident in the setting out of earthworks and structures.

As the Site Engineer you will:
* Setting out of civil engineering and building works on various sites within the company’s operating area
* Ensure quality control requirements are met and recorded in accordance with specification
* Operate and promote a high standard of health and safety and environment compliance
* Plan and schedule the work and efficiently organise the site in order to meet an agreed programme of deadlines
About the Highways Team:
Our projects encompass motorway widening, congestion relief, safety improvement and bypass schemes. Recent work includes M62 Smart Motorways, Lincolnshire’s new A1073 bypass, the A1 Improvement scheme from Dishforth to Barton in North Yorkshire, and the M74 Completion Project through central Glasgow, Scotland’s largest infrastructure scheme. Under Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) schemes, we engage with our customers as early as possible to maximise innovation, efficiency and cost savings.
