Overview / Responsibilities

Wood have identified a requirement for the provision of Shutdown/Startup Coordinator services for a Project based in Redcar, Teesside, North East for an intial period of 3 months.

The service provider will accurately process and record all technical documentation in accordance with agreed procedures for a Petrochemical TAR project.

Preparation and Planning

* Implement document controls
* Liasie with schedulers on planning of process preparations & temporary modifications
* Establish the organisation and obtain appropriate resources to plan, prepare, manage and execute the event plant shutdown and start up activities
* Create a culture within the team designed to deliver a world class TAR that as a minimum meets and/or exceeds expectations and provides personal satisfaction to everyone involved
* Liasie with the HSSE team to devise and implement systems and plans for the management of health, safety and environment consistent with the agreed HSSE objectives and policy
* Review previous events learnings in order to develop and implement ‘best practice’ on the event
* Work with management on the arrangements to deliver the agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) consistent with agreed policies
* Coordinator the timely execution of pre-TAR work and preparations in accordance with the agreed preparations plan / pre event plan
* Implement the key supplier management strategies
* Manage the risk and opportunity register
* Establish appropriate communication mechanisms within the event preparations and execution organisations to ensure satisfactory team working and effectiveness
* Raise resource requirements with the project manager.
* Provide first line support to the shift and operations teams.

Skills / Qualifications

* Demonstrable experience in Turnarounds on Petrochemical sites.
* Detailed knowledge of site based UK Facilities systems procedure and QAQC requirements
* Detailed knowledge of Turnaround Methodology aligned to the Completions functions
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Good working knowledge of database systems and spreadsheets
