Role Summary:
This role will be responsible to grow the Service business in Europe and to build the next level of sophistication package for our Service offerings to unlock market opportunities identified in our business plan. Additionally, this role will partner with the leadership team to explore and develop new service businesses in our franchise. The candidate will be part of the Service Leadership team and report directly to the Europe and RCIS Service Director.

Essential Responsibilities:

* Grow the Inspection Technology Service business across Europe. The IT business provides Inspection & Non-Destructive Testing solutions for the industry, spanning across O&G, Aviation, Automotive, Renewable, Power, and Industrial
* Drive double digits growth of $50Mn service business
* Partner with the IT Service Director and the Sales team to build the Sales Strategy on Service Upgrades and Long-Term Contractual agreements
* Build winning sales strategy including pricing, tailored value proposition, commercial package (e.g. warranties, spares parts, tech support, Field Service support)
* Build strong customer relationships with key service customers, understand their needs and frame tailored service solutions to bring additional value
* Coordinate service sales activities and provide leadership to establish individual sales strategies
* Work with the commercial team to build commercial models and negotiate contracts as required
* Be the reference person for market trends, competitive actions, products and service needs, and customer base
* Leverage installed base data to drive sales priorities
* Generate recommendation for continued growth

Qualifications/Requirements:

* MSc Degree in Engineering, preferably in Information Technology, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering. Candidate with other background and focused on innovation and technology are also encouraged to apply
* Very profound experience in sales, business development, or marketing operations
* Previous experience in service operations or sales
* Knowledge of NDT & Inspection market
* Fluent in English and German, and additional languages French, Italian, Spanish
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
* Entrepreneurial attitude. Able to work independently
* Proven leadership track record, mastery of influencing skills, ability to work in a matrix organization Ability to travel frequently across Europe
* Proven track record in driving customer outcomes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, leading in all ways, innovating, and collaboration without boundaries

Desired Characteristics:

* MBA from an accredited business school
* Previous experience in Service is highly recommended
* Proven ability to lead horizontally and influence teams outside of formal authority and reporting lines Strong business analysis, problem-solving, and strategy development skills
* Demonstrated business/initiatives start-up experience, entrepreneurship
* Exposure to, or experience in business development activities
* Possess a good understanding of how the team integrates with other teams in accomplishing common objectives
* History of building successful teams
* Strong oral and written communication skills
* Flexible and adaptable style, capable of pivoting based on changing the industry and/or team needs
* We are looking for a person with can-do attitude and a strong ambition to grow in the company
