About the role

Our Marketing team is looking for a Senior Sector Marketing Manager to join Virgin Media Business. You will be working as part of the team responsible for the development and execution of fully integrated multi-channel marketing plans and campaigns.

Reporting to the Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy Manager, the Senior Sector Marketing Manager will drive the end to end campaign activity that aligns with the overall Marketing plan, ensuring the type of campaign creativity that brings our brand to life through our offline and online digital channels and journeys.

As our environment continues to evolve you will also support the growth of the team and our processes through continuously looking at ways to improve and optimise our channels based on insights and feedback.

What will you be accountable for?

Devise high quality ‘Return-On-Investment’ (ROI) driven execution of targeted marketing campaigns and programmes utilising the most relevant channels.

Develop and implement fully integrated campaigns/programmes which support relevant sector business targets.

*

Bring the Virgin Media Business brand to life through these campaign activities by using creative thinking.

*

Optimising channel mix and selecting the most targeted, cost-effective and successful routes to market, whilst continually re-evaluating the tools, processes and actions to deliver best practice and maximum return on investment.

*

Define campaign strategy and execute across all stages of customer lifecycle and sales decision making funnel.

The must have’s

*

Demonstrable background in B2B campaign development and execution, ideally gained in IT and/or Technology sectors.

*

Solid experience of delivering marketing campaigns, with a focus on the Digital space and of reaching new audiences.

*

Proven ability to develop marketing and sales content and collateral (internal and external).

*

Comfortable with dealing with complex business environments and buying cycles.

*

Strong customer focus and ability to put the customer at the heart of business strategy.

*

Confidence liaising with all levels of seniority, excellent stakeholder management skills and an approachable, collaborative working style.
