Position Title Senior Project Surveyor

Job Summary

Our Oxford office is currently seeking a full time Senior Project Surveyor to work in our Healthcare sector on a variety of local and London based projects valuing £5m to £20m+, with the following requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

*

Capable of managing on a day to day basis projects from £5m to +£20m under the direction of an Associate Director

*

Manage the input of trainee/graduate surveyors

*

Needs to be articulate and be able to interface directly and confidently with Client Project Managers and Design Teams

Minimum Requirements

*

Current experience in the Health, Science and Research sectors (or experience in wider Public sector)

*

Skilled in Risk and Value Management

*

Be able to demonstrate where they have added value to their previous projects

*

Working knowledge of NEC3

*

Good knowledge of Design and Build procurement

*

Experience of acting as Employer's Agent on Design and Build projects would be helpful

Preferred Qualifications

*

Professional Qualified – Quantity Surveying Degree

*

Gained or Working towards Chartered Status with the RICS, CIOB, RIBA, ICE or other equivalent institution

*

APM affiliation preferred (as secondary accreditation)

*

CSCS card#LI-B&PSB
