Overview / Responsibilities

Main Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

Accountable to the MAC Planning Manager on matters concerning planning, priority setting, analysis, trending, reporting and potential risk mitigation in respect to the management of the MAC Project planning and scheduling in conformance with the TCO FGP MAC Project.

The role requires the individual to be the focal point of contact on all planning & scheduling issues related to the overview and update of both short term (immediate planning needs for engineering and progress reporting i.e. 90 day look-ahead, monthly reporting) and long term (materials, fabrication, movements from fabrication yards to onshore site, pre-fabricated materials and Delivery Team support planning activities.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:-

* Develop & maintain the project Level 3 schedule
* Support project reporting requirements relating to planning
* Develop & maintain Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 schedules in addition to BESPOKE “what-if” analysis and one-off schedules
* Provide analysis and forecasting of key project dates
* Ensure effective planning communications with all TCO Delivery Teams and key stakeholders
* Working across multiple parts of the organisation
* Works across the configuration schedules as input points and output points for sequence configuration planning
* Update and maintain Design Verification Schedule
* Control & safeguarding narrative status & dates update & maintenance

Skills / Qualifications

* Bachelor degree or equivalent
* Significant relevant experience
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience working with Delivery Teams and other Planners
* Proficiency with Primavera and other leading Planning Tools expected
* Demonstrable expert level skills with MS Excel and similar applications
* Excellent numeracy skills
* High attention to detail
* Familiarity with similar MAC Offshore engineering design and installation
