Job Summary

We are seeking a relationship-oriented, professional Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our team within the UK based from our new global headquarters at Ansty Park, Coventry. This role is for a proactive recruiter who has experience of partnering with senior stakeholders across difference divisions. You will be a champion and advocate for our internal processes and Talent Acquisition strategies within the organisation; focusing on supporting our world-class Manufacturing and Engineering teams, with the agility to work across all sectors of our business where demand requires
Core Responsibilities

* Provide leadership and execution of the end-to-end recruiting cycle for Engineering / Technical business groups across our UK sites

* Offering Subject matter expertise to business leaders across our divisions

* Proactively drive and execute the global and regional strategies which align with recruitment policies

* Partner with senior management to design and implement optimal sourcing strategies for their businesses, including leveraging various internal and external sources

* Partner with HR Business Partners to deliver value-added services to internal client population (including market intelligence, competitor mapping, talent pooling, succession planning, and diversity initiatives)

* Design and manage creative attraction strategies

* Deliver a consistent, high quality candidate and client experience through professionalism and integrity in all contact with applicants, hiring managers and HR colleagues

* Provide training, knowledge sharing, coaching and mentoring as a talent acquisition subject matter expert

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

* Experienced in the full-cycle recruiting experience within an in-house recruitment team

* Engineering recruitment experience essential

* Ability to be adaptable to the changing needs of stakeholders and business areas

* Experience using a broad range of sourcing techniques

* Experience utilizing candidate management/tracking systems

* Ability to develop partnerships with your stakeholders and team across the globe

* Proven ability in leveraging internal and external networks, and market knowledge, to identify, assess, cultivate and deliver the best talent

* High level of professionalism with an innate understanding of customer experience is essential
