Senior Engineer, Genset Engineering
This is an exciting opportunity in Daventry for a senior or principal engineer, focusing on generator set engineering, responsible as part of a team for a range of Diesel and Natural Gas fueled products ranging from 38 to 91 litres.

This exciting opportunity will give the opportunity to work in the following areas:
Product Design Quality – resolving customer issues both short term and long term, working both internally leveraging all of the in-house expertise and specialisms from teams based across the world and externally with our suppliers and customers to truly understand the issues at hand.
Leading product design changes across a range of project sizes including cost reduction, product tailoring and product improvement projects.
Improve our products through customer and manufacturing requests
Apply technical expertise on complex Genset issues with minimal supervision
Skills and Experience Required:
Proven experience working with Power Generation units
Product Integration, Verification & Validation experience
Experience of problem solving and design leadership within small to medium size teams
Proven experience of leading small to medium sized teams
Ability to effectively communicate internally as well as with customer and suppliers
Required Education, Licenses or Certifications
* Ideally degree qualified (mechanical or electrical) however this is not essential
Compensation and Benefits
£38,400 - £52k
