We are currently recruiting a Senior Maintenance Engineer to join our prestigious corporate contract based onsite in their Epsom HQ.

You will provide an exceptional high standard of building services provision (planned and reactive) within a commercial occupied environment and with the utmost regard for customer service. You will have a strong electrical background and previous experience working on both mechanical & electrical systems within the building services industry. We are looking for a Senior / Lead Electrical Engineer with current and relevant Electrical Qualifications and ability to write and review RAMS.

The role is on a Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

You will:

* Deliver PPM relating primarily to Mechanical & Electrical Building Services Plant and System’s in-line with agreed programmes / SLA's in order to meet Client and Statutory Compliance.
* Costing and completing Reactive Works identified through PPM work undertaken when requested.
* Provide Service Support as part of a team providing quality service delivery, with a requirement to be part of the out of hour’s emergency call out team.
* To maintain premises to an exceptionally high standard
* To ensure that all applicable site documentation is kept up to date as this will be regularly audited either by internal or external parties.
* Demonstrate appropriate Health & Safety knowledge to ensure safe delivery of all work.
* Completing all required documentation, job sheets and certificates.

Requirements

You will have:

* Worked on various manufacturers systems, skilled in Mechanical & Electrical Disciplines carrying out PPM's in line with SFG20 or equivalent, with advanced fault finding diagnostic experience.
* Experience working as a Multi-Skilled Technician.
* Ideally all candidates would have completed an Electrical apprenticeship
* Capable of undertaking Reactive Repairs with minimal supervision.
* CHP / Biomass & Air Conditioning experience an advantage.
* IOSH Working / Managing Safely (Desirable)
* Safe system of Work Procedure – PTW; RAMS etc (Desirable)
* L8 Training (Desirable)
