Overview / Responsibilities

Wood is currently recruiting for a Senior Document Controller based in our Offices in Glasgow with experience in the oil and gas petrochemical industry.

* Demonstrate understanding of and work to discipline and or project specific procedures and provide feedback for continuous improvement. Participate in audits as required.
* Subject Matter Expertise:
* Provide discipline support to the business.
* Ensure awareness of document control initiatives and industry technology developments.
* General:
* Showing an enthusiasm to learn.
* Executing assigned personal objectives.
* Progress of training and development in line with the CAMS and yourEKA development tool.
* Process:
* Effective delivery of assigned work scopes in accordance with discipline and contract process and procedures.
* Interact with multi-discipline engineering teams.

Skills / Qualifications

Qualifications:

* RGIT Document Control Foundation course or equivalent with experience.
* Demonstrable appropriate competency with experience within a Technical Design Office.
* Skills:
* Apply Document Control process and procedure applicable to each client.
* Professional demeanour, interpersonal skills.
* Able to demonstrate team working skills.
* Enthusiastic, conscientious and keen to learn.
* Flexible with a can-do attitude
