What you'll be doing

As a large organisation, our business relies very heavily on Oracle E-Business suite for a multitude of tasks, specifically around HR and Payroll for our 30,000+ employees nationwide.

You would be responsible for managing the day to day technical delivery of HR/PAY and OLM, writing the code that enables our business to function more efficiently; offer our stakeholders improved processes, easier access to reports, projects like auto-enrolment for pensions and communications for our third party suppliers.

You will continually focus on improving the quality of application and middleware by focusing on efficiency, process definition, management, repeatability and measurement.

Who we're looking for

You will have in-depth knowledge and experience of Oracle E-Business Suite with strong technical expertise and understanding of the application and middleware development lifecycle, including being able to identify when things are likely to go wrong and how to fix them.

You will have strong knowledge of developing Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, Workflow (WF), and Oracle Applications Framework (OAF) for various e-Business modules alongside knowledge of Oracle technical tools such as SQL Developer, Oracle Workflow, Forms, BI-Publisher, WEB ADI, PL/SQL, java to develop solutions to support the business needs.

Due to the complex nature of this role, 5 to 10 years’ experience of working in this field is essential.
