Job Summary

AECOM are looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst to cover a maternity Leave on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. Reporting into the Director of Total Rewards for International, the role is dedicated to the delivery and coordination of the annual pay review and reward projects across the International region. The role supports the Director of Total Rewards and provides direction to the regional Heads of Total Rewards whilst liaising with the Global Total Rewards Team.

The key accountabilities of the role include, but are not limited to:-


Partner with the Director of Total Rewards, and the Global Compensation Team to develop combined strategy and align processes and procedures across the new International region


Co-ordinate the annual review cycle and other ad-hoc remuneration processes through partnering with the Global Total Rewards Team and providing guidance to the regional Reward Teams


Co-ordinate the mid-year review cycle through partnering with the Global Total Rewards Team and providing guidance to the regional Reward Teams


Act as a point of contact with the Global Rewards Team on the Career Model to monitor consistency career model alignment between International and the rest of AECOM


Oversee the participation in various compensation surveys and the management of the market data process across International


Partnering with Regional Reward Teams and International HRIS to develop pro-active reporting on issues and trends to provide to International leadership, thus improving consistency across the region on OOCs and ad hoc bonuses


Participate in Global Total Rewards projects as required and act as an International point of contact on compensation programmes


Review enhancements to existing tools, processes and Employee Centre materials available

Minimum Requirements


Ability to demonstrate proficiency via extensive technical and / or business knowledge and functional expertise


An intuitive, analytical and pro-active approach to day-to-day work practices


Ability to identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities


A keen eye for detail and ability to demonstrate initiative


Experience of working to, and consistently meeting challenging deadlines


Proven project management skills


Possesses exceptional customer care and communication skills
