BUUK Infrastructure are currently recruiting for a Sales Ledger Assistant to optimise the Sales Ledger function of all UK group companies and provide ad hoc assistance to Finance Manager – BUUK Sales Ledger & Credit, undertaken by the Finance department. This full time, 6 month fixed term position is based at our office in Woolpit.

We are looking for someone with knowledge of working within an accounts environment and the ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure. While it is not essential that you have had previous experience within this sector before, you must be able to provide accurate quality work and high level of numeric skills. Training on our systems and the company will be provided.

Responsibilities will include -

* Provide accurate quality work within the department and company.

* Maintain a helpful and informative work environment.

* Assist the Finance Manager – BUUK Sales Ledger & Credit in the development of greater efficiency within the company.

* Ensure that all relevant information is recorded accurately and submitted on time.

* Help to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.

* Any other duties as deemed appropriate by the Finance Manager – BUUK Sales Ledger & Credit.
