Position Title Safety Health & Environmental Administrator

Job Summary

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join our Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) team to provide technical administrative support to the UK&I SHE team.

Job Duties:

*

Production of standard monthly UKI SHE KPI reports in accordance with AECOM corporate requirements.

*

Reviewing and improving current mechanisms for collating, presenting and developing statistical information for analysis.

*

Assist with the development of SHE information for tenders.

*

Production of graphs and interpretive information based on reported SHE data.

*

‘Triage’ assessment of SHE electronic database notification reports.

*

Production of completion data etc. relating to SHE training.

*

Assist with the development of presentations and other documentation as assigned.

*

Assist with scheduling SHE training sessions and other meetings.

*

Assist with updating the SHE intranet pages.

*

Perform other work related tasks as required and assigned.

We would consider applications from individuals throughout the UK as the location of this post can be flexible

Minimum Requirements

To be successful in this role we would like to hear from individuals with a solid background in an Administration based role.

Due to the nature of the position it is essential that the successful candidate has advanced working knowledge of excel being confident with VLOOKUPS and pivot tables.

A working knowledge of SHE legislation and SHE Management Systems would be beneficial but not essential.

Along with the above you will have excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to multi-task effectively and able to manage ever changing workloads.

You will be educated to GSCE level or equivalent with Maths and English as a minimum.

Preferred Qualifications

Further qualifications such as HNC/Degree etc would be beneficial but not essential.

NEBOSH Certification is preferable however training will be given.

Previous experience of taking minutes/short hand is beneficial but not essential.
