WHAT TO EXPECT
The Human Resources team at Jaguar Land Rover has recently undergone a massive transformation project. That’s why we need your help to keep us focused as we move forward on our path to a successful transition.
The Global Reward Centre of Expertise designs, develops and delivers strategies across Jaguar Land Rover in relation to reward and benefits policies and processes. As Reward Manager you will identify best practices in reward, to develop and deploy policies, processes, and initiatives that are appropriate for Jaguar Land Rover. You’ll focus on projects, particularly relating to the setup of new ventures, for example, Ireland (software engineering) and London (InMotion).
Ensuring Reward is compliant, competitive, appropriate, and affordable, you’ll also be responsible for managing reward policies and processes within its markets, embedding the global principles.
Day to day, you’ll project manage the UK Recognition and Voluntary benefits project and ensure effective deployment of Reward approaches and tools, develop business cases for change and drive effective practices across the organisation.
Finally, you’ll apply working knowledge of key Reward practices, best practices and industry knowledge when negotiating with internal and external stakeholders and customers, and up skill your colleagues.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
You’ll be effecting change so you’ll need to be a results-driven individual who demonstrates tenacity, drive and perseverance as well as the ability to deliver in a highly demanding environment. You’ll come to this role with previous experience of working in a Reward management role with a proven record of successful delivery of Reward projects.
To help embed change, you’ll need a history of process development, capability development, and up skilling. You’ll ideally demonstrate knowledge of trade union and international rewards, be degree qualified or have equivalent working experience. A full driving licence will also be required.
