We are looking to appoint an experienced Resourcing Manager to join our Human Resources team in Oxford. As a Resourcing Manager you will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle including resource planning, sourcing, assessing and selection as appropriate. You will ensure recruitment business practice is both implemented and adhered to by both you and your team, and will promote both quality and diversity throughout the recruitment process. You will partner with a Divisional HR Director to work proactively and demonstrate the ability to have a corporate view of recruitment and talent management.
The role will be based in Oxford and may require some travel to key locations throughout the UK.

* Experience of managing and developing a team of recruitment professionals
* Encourage and facilitate resource planning to plan for anticipate recruitment needs
* Create and manage activities to attract and recruit a high calibre of candidates
* Coach and support managers in best practice recruitment methods
