About the Role | Residential Property Manager
As the Residential Property Manager, you will be responsible for the management of a large residential portfolio. You will work and manage long leases and AST’s (Assured Shorthold Tenancies) and be keen to develop within a career within residential property management.
Working as part of a team tasked with delivering portfolio management services on a corporate operational and surplus estate for a client within Capita Property and Infrastructure’s Corporate Real Estate team. The successful candidate will be responsible for management oversight of the portfolio with a key focus on setting portfolio management strategy incorporating, tenant management, income generation and protection, sale strategy, and H&S compliance. The role will involve working closely with other members of the team setting their roles and responsibilities and communicating effectively with the client on a day to day basis. A pro-active, can do attitude is a given for this role.

What you will do:
Management responsibility for delivering property management activities, including portfolio management, compliance assurance, data & systems processes, helpdesk and gatekeeper activities
AST renewals & assignments
Completing check out inspections
Right to rent checks
Working with estate agents to ensure AST flats are marketed and let once they become vacant
Service charge budgeting
Service charge accounting
Attending and chairing client meetings
Arranging repair/maintenance works
