We’re looking for someone like that who will oversee the End User Virtual Workspace and Remote Access Service. Our role is to provide secure and reliable End User platform that is used across the organization ensuring operational service stability & service improvements. The Service Manager is responsible for bringing all the teams together to deliver products of high quality to support the business, security, and regulatory requirements by:
- Producing and implementing service strategies with input from Service Delivery Managers, Product Managers, and Project Managers
- Provide input to Product Managers and service delivery managers on the service TCO and influence vendor strategy
- Provides support to Account Manager and Service Line Manager in customer relationships
- Initiates, reviews and signs off on service change board activities and relevant service lifecycle checkpoints
- Ensures service compliance with UBS service management and risk management framework
- Provides input and initiates changes to service catalogue as and when necessary
- Coordinates activities in support of internal and external service reviews
- Coordinates timely remediation of operational risks and audit items
- Represents the service in relevant governance forums
- Ensures service costs are correctly accrued through allocation or recovery methods, including month-by-month volume variances and line of business impact

As End User Virtual Workspace and Remote Access service manager you are accountable for;
- Planning and managing the financials of the service including setting TCO objectives
- Planning and managing the service lifecycle
- Managing customer feedback and requirements for future demand of services and improvements
- Agrees service SLA’s and reviews performance and stability
- Undertakes service reviews with input from Service Delivery, product management, project management, finance, and risk

Your team

You will be working in the End User Workspace team under Global Technology organisation that is responsible for end to end delivery of End user Workspace services (Physical/Virtual/Remote Access and Managed Print) to all employees in the bank. The team is distributed globally with presence in Singapore, India, Switzerland, Poland, London and New Jersey.

Your expertise

You have:
- a university degree in business, risk management, computer science, engineering or equivalent professional certifications
- a good understanding of computer systems, software and the technical industry jargon, especially in the end user technology space
- are eager to work in an English Speaking Global Team
- thrives in a multi-cultural environment
- experience in AGILE and SCRUM methodologies and managing small to medium teams
- previous experience working in complex infrastructure projects
- a background in working in a large 100k+ user environment
- the ability to analyze, explain and document methodically
