Position Title Regional Director, Water Utilities
United Kingdom - Surrey
Based in our expanding Croydon office, we have a dedicated tunnelling team working on a number of major projects across both the UK and abroad, including Thames Water's new FA1300 Framework.
In line with the growth of AECOM we are actively looking to expand our core Utilities business with a Regional Directory and Utilities Team Lead.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to manage and further develop our core team while also playing an active role in an expanding the business within the UK and overseas. This is a challenging role involving the management of a team of technical professionals who have significant experience in the Water sector. You will need to demonstrate experience of leading and developing a similar team while also running projects in their own right.
The successful candidate must have experience leading teams on major Water Utilities projects
The candidate must hold a minimum qualification of BSc, preferably in Civil Engineering, or Civil & Structural Engineering
The candidate must be a chartered and a member of a professional body (eg MICE).
The candidate must have the capability to satisfy client and business expectations and be able to consider the wider financial and commercial implications of their and their team’s actions.
* Experience in some or all of the following sectors: Utilities (water, gas and electric), Power (Hydro & Nuclear).
