Qualifications

* Bachelor degree in a relevant field
* Minimum of 2-3 years of recruiting experience with visible career progression; experience with campus recruiting considered a plus
* Strong interpersonal, communication and team skills; ability to build great relationships
* Positive, open attitude and energetic
* Outstanding organizational and skills; ability to juggle and prioritise multiple tasks; exceptionally close attention to detail and accuracy
* Flexibility to work long hours if needed. Ability to handle last minute changes and remain calm under pressure
* Ability to travel to recruiting events across Europe during the recruiting season.
* Self-starter with desire/energy to continuously improve recruiting processes
* Strong IT skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
* Excellent written and spoken English.

Who You'll Work With

You will be part of the European MBA team which oversees global recruitment from some of McKinsey’s largest sources of talent (INSEAD, London Business School, IESE, IMD, Oxford Said and Cambridge Judge)

You can be based in any of our European hubs (London, Amsterdam, Munich or Poznan) and take on the role of Recruiter to support our global MBA recruitment efforts. You will be the role model of gold standard recruiting practices, develop new events to attract top talent and help feed into McKinsey’s global strategy at key sources.

You will report to the European source team Manager of Recruiting Operations in London.

What You'll Do

You will help to design new events on campus; manage event logistics, secure and brief faculty. You will manage campus interview days and all logistics from creating interview schedules, managing assessors, running the decision meetings and ensure an unbiased best practice of assessment. When possible, you will manage in-person logistics with external providers including sourcing venues, reservations, catering, contracts to maintain high standards of your event. You will also run presentations and networking events etc. in person and be a positive ambassador of the firm in your interactions.

You will be the key point of contact for various school strategy teams; join regular calls and build relationships with alumni consultants around the world. You will be the expert of your sources to field questions from recruiters, consultants and candidates. You will cultivate strong functional relationships with careers services of key sources.

You will manage the recruiting process and pipeline of applicants. You must understand the data to make observations and adjustments to strategy. In this role, your keen awareness and utilisation of the applicant tracking system will ensure that every candidates receives prompt attention and that reports and data can be easily extracted and analysed.
