To help us deliver these regionally significant projects we are looking for Project Managers who would like to advance their careers with a forward thinking company.
We require a Quantity Surveyor to work as part of the CP6 Lot 1 SNE Framework Renewals Delivery Team. The role will be York based but with an expectation of travel and or extended location on sites within Network Rail’s Eastern Region which extends from Northumberland to North London and into East Midlands. Great opportunity for a highly collaborative and enthusiastic professional to join and support an area of the business with significant growth potential.
• Reporting to a Senior Quantity Surveyor within the team.
• Producing cost reports.
• Assisting with target costs production.
• Subcontract procurement.
• Change management.
• Busy reporting timetable.

Your qualifications and experience should include:
• Contractor or subcontractor experience.
• Civil Engineering contracting experience preferable, but not essential.
• NEC experience preferable, but not essential.
• Construction qualifications.
