As a Project Manager you will be expected to work with Senior or Associate PMs to successfully manage and deliver projects sharing and developing your knowledge and experience in a dynamic environment.
Delivery of Project Management Commissions, taking responsibility for their successful delivery
Ensure commissions are managed to the right quality standards and are completed efficiently and on time
Strong relationships are developed with clients and members of the cross-functional team and assisting in the development of the Project Management function
Management of tender documents, appraisals and negotiations
Utilisation of project management software packages including Microsoft Project and Asta Powerproject
Good working knowledge of NEC suite of contracts, particularly the Professional Services Contract (PSC) and Engineering and Construction Contract (ECC)
Good working knowledge of JCT suite of contracts.
Full UK driving license
Experience of working as part of integrated, multi-organisation, collaborative teams
Strong IT skills
Ability to work with existing and new Clients and the wider project team and drive forward performance improvement
