Hours of Work: 40 Hours

Established for over 40 years and now one of the North West’s leading multi award winning Engineering companies, WEC Group Ltd is looking to recruit 1 enthusiastic apprentice to join our busy Logistics Department based in Darwen, Lancs.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who wishes to develop and progress within a dynamic and rapidly expanding engineering firm.

Responsibilities

* Prepare Drawings

* Produce Accurate costing for sales

* Process Purchase Requisitions

* Liaise with Sales re lead times & contractual requirements

* Generate good working relationships

* General Administration duties

* Meet production targets

* Assist with Stock Take

* See job through from logistics to despatch

Knowledge, Skills, Experience

* Experience with CAD/CAM preferred but not essential

* Good technical, numeracy and computer skills

* Administration capability, organising, planning, good communication

* Able to work as part of a team or on own initiative

* Punctual and of smart appearance
