We are looking to recruit a Product Manager Data Services to support our Investment Office which is an Ecosystem of Service Outputs where an asset owner can explore, visualise and interact with all the services that BNP Paribas provide. The Purpose of the solution is to provide solutions that can accommodate all stakeholders of an Asset Owner (CFO, CIO, COO, operational staff) in one place to allow them to meet their day to day activities and their overarching objectives.

The purpose of this product role is to deliver our Data as a Service strategy to support key missions of creating revenue & profitability, time to market, transversal strategy, Client Engagement and the user experience (UX) design

Key Responsibilities

All initiatives and projects defined as part of our internal strategy and global product roadmap.
Preparation of the product roadmap needed to deliver the developments necessary to deliver the TOM.
Deliverables related to client commitments and RFP’s. Develop a knowledge and expertise community on information reporting and data services across the organisation.
Responsible for the overall product lifecycle management, including product development and management as follows:

Product management

Creating and maintenance of standard documents including contribution of legal contracts definition
Product Pricing including setting and maintaining oversight of product profitability, adjusting when required
Align with go to market/value proposition & segment leads
Internal communication, using all available supports to keep the operational teams informed of any changes impacting their activity

Product development

Working with other product teams to meet the demands of regulatory, completion and market changes
Monitor and assess changes which could impact Information Services
Lead and draft corresponding NAC, proposing new services or updates to current services with a view to improving client’s business and/or product’s profitability in addition to preparing the business case proposal for the change
Definition of the Product strategy, maintaining the product roadmap
Participate to Budget exercise with operations and IT, validating the priority list and budget allocation

Key stakeholders:


Skills and Experience required

Good understanding of our core business across the AO and AM business lines.
Good understanding on data services and platforms
Relevant practical experience to demonstrate the personal and technical ability to deliver on the objectives outlined above in the key responsibilities section
Excellent client facing skills
Strong capacity to coordinate initiatives with central teams
Fluent in English
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical capacity
Ability to influence and inspire
Team player

Qualifications required for the role:

Graduate degree or relevant qualifications in appropriate discipline (Engineering, IS, IT, Computing Science) would be an advantage
