Kaluza's product management community is growing, and we're looking for a Product Manager for our new Orion Agent Tooling team to support our new consumer energy platform (Orion). This is a meaningful role in helping OVO Group and its different businesses to build and use cutting edge technology to create the most cost-efficient energy platform in the market.

What will I be doing?

Our Orion Agent Tooling team is pivotal to the scalability and mission of Kaluza. You will be responsible for crafting and owning the vision and strategy to build an interface that ultimately enables Retailer’s contact centres to integrate with the core Orion energy platform and tackle customer enquiries in the most cost-efficient and innovative ways, whilst maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction. You will be continually pushing the boundaries of the energy industry and technology in enabling energy retailers to provide award-winning customer service.

Is this the job for me?

Ideally you will be:

* A seasoned expert in user-focused lean product development at different stages of the product life cycle
* An accomplished product manager working with technology teams in environments that embrace and promote agile ways of working
* Happy working day to day with engineers and UX solving complex challenges
* Outcome focussed and data-driven individual
* Passionate about working alongside retail brands to understand and solve the complex challenges they face
* Experienced at working with a wide range of stakeholders specifically with customer service teams and operations
* Proven analytical and quantitative skills, able to cut through opinions with data
* Experienced at challenging the status quo and finding new and better ways to solve customer problems
* Experienced in building for and integrating contact centre technologies
* Experienced in building product teams from the ground up and experimenting with different ways fo working to build high performing teams
