Group Product & Supply is responsible for the design, development and supply of our Hardware and Software products into customer homes across Europe. We are constantly working to improve the customer experience on our award-winning Sky Broadband, Sky+ and Sky Q boxes, whilst looking for new opportunities to bring innovative ways to deliver data and content to our customers.
We are looking for an experienced Product manager to join our ‘in-home connectivity’ team and help us define the future of Sky Broadband. You will be working in a fast paced, innovative, and collaborative environment and will be responsible for clearly articulating the Voice of our Customers to the engineering teams. We are looking for someone who has the ability to make decisions and inspire confidence, while being a personable and persuasive team player who can focus on development.

As a Product manager your main focus will be to understand our customers’ experience, keep up to speed on market trends and translate them into a clearly defined and appropriately prioritised product roadmap. You will be required to gain buy in and support from different teams across Sky and find that balance between what needs developing now and in the future.
-Conduct market research and identify opportunities for new and improved products
-Engage with business stakeholders and engineers to shape the future of our products
-Generate clear & impactful written and verbal presentations, supported by insight & analytics, to influence decision makers across the business
-Generate requirements, including specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria etc…
-Prioritise and manage a product backlog
-Guide and support engineering teams throughout delivery & challenge blockers
-A talent for building strong relationships with senior stakeholders
-A real enthusiasm for Product development and particularly, for the future of In-home Connectivity
-A desire to influence our strategic roadmap and the willingness to fight for what you think is right
-Experience with & knowledge of Broadband products is a plus
-Experience in Agile methodologies
-Excellent communications skills with ability to develop, present and defend recommendations, credible to both technical and business users
-An ability to set expectations and stay calm and positive under pressure
-Strong problem solving and analytical skills combined with excellent attention to detail
