Are you our next Process Manager? Schneider Electric has a great opportunity for the right person to join our well-established team as a Process Manager.

What do you get to do in this position?

Responsible for hierarchical management of operator teams (scopes 1 and /or 2) via the manufacturing Team Leaders. Manage the manufacturing teams at process level in order to meet customer needs in terms of cost, quality and lead time. Strong contributor to continuous improvement. People management accountability. Aligns resources with needs within short- and medium-term horizon, elaborates training plans where necessary for successful execution of standardized work, leads SIM at sector level, formulates/escalates where necessary

What are your key responsibilities in the role?

Safety - ensure safe and efficient working environment through the application of 5S and Schneider safety standards.

Quality - Actively demonstrate a commitment to a quality culture, collecting meaningful data on quality issues hourly and ensure cell quality targets are achieved.

Delivery - To react to production problems within the hour to ensure shift production targets are met.

Efficiency/Improvement - Ensure meaningful data on production losses is collected hourly and implement timely improvements.

People - To actively promote a culture where concerns are raised and resolved; to develop employees through open and honest communication

This role might be for you if?

Electrical engineering or Industrial engineering qualifications - minimum HNC level or equivalent. Degree level desirable.

Applied understanding of current manufacturing techniques i.e. SPS, SIM, Lean, Kanban, 6 Sigma, MRP

Experience delivering industrial productivity in a similar environment with experience of successfully managing a range of people issues and projects

Provide evidence of eligibility to work in the UK

English fluency is a must
