A typical week would include:

* Lead the design process and encourage the rest of the team to deliver appropriate, cost-effective and ‘right first time’ solutions to the agreed programme and support those less experienced by technical review, mentoring and advice.

* Managing projects/tasks to ensure coordination of multi-disciplinary inputs.

* Working with clients and design teams to deliver compliant designs on time and within budget and meeting H&S, CDM, QA, CPIs and technical review requirements.

* Compiling fee proposals for submission to the client and ensuring the prospect is converted in a timely manner.

* Developing relationships with other WSP teams to utilise additional resources as required to meet workload peaks.

* Engaging with the PMO to ensure process compliance with respect to monthly invoicing and forecasting.

* Monitoring fees and managing the commercial/financial position on projects/tasks.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:
