Job Description

Description of Team / Department
Concrete
Purpose of / Responsibilities of the role
Ensure quality of concrete meets the quality standards inline with Hanson's procedures, instruction and technical requirements.
To manage all contractors, employees and visitors to the site ensuring they follow all relevant safety instructions.
Report any defects, actions or occurrence which may effect the operation in any respect of health and safety, the environment and quality control
Maintain the plant and make sure the plant and associated buildings are kept clean.
Carry out any additional duties as may be required from time to time.
Skills / Experience
Computer literate, able to use microsoft applications
A good communicator either on the phone or when talking to people face to face
The ability to supervise contractors, visitors and hauliers on site
Experience not needed as full training will be given.
