BUUK Infrastructure are currently recruiting for a Payroll, Benefits and Compliance Administrator to to ensure that the BUUK has appropriate administrative support within the HR department. This is a fixed term position for 6 months and is based at our office location in Woolpit, Suffolk.

Due to company growth and the implementation of a new payroll provider, we are looking for some extra support in our payroll team. We are looking for someone with previous Payroll administration experience. You will also have strong excel skills and the ability to undertake Vlookups and have a good understanding of formulas. All training on our systems and the company will be provided.

Salary starting from £22,576 (Dependant on experience)

Responsibilities will include -

* Collate, prepare and input data for all three payrolls spreadsheets, accurately and timely to ensure adequate time for checking and for submission according to timetables and deadlines

* Process starters and leavers on payroll

* Process maternity, paternity and sick pay

* Calculate overtime, back pay and standby payments

* Data entry of all adhoc payroll payments

* Process all flexible benefits for payroll, including childcare vouchers

* Balancing of all payrolls and pensions

* Input information for Auto Enrolment and Company Pension Scheme enrolment, ensuring information is received from Pension providers in time and information returned to them each month

* Ensure pensions are paid over on time each month

* Issue tax forms (P45s for example) and administer end of year and P60’s

* Answer pay and pension related queries from Managers and Employees, including e-payslip queries and log-ins

* Assist line manages with providing information to external Auditors with their payroll related audit checks

* Liaise with and maintain good working relationships with the Company’s payroll, pension and benefits providers and HMRC

* Monthly administration of flexible benefits including, but not exclusive of, holiday purchase, cars, bicycles, home technology, car loans.

* Provide administration for all audits created for payroll, HR, Recruitment and L & D.

* Assist line manager to ensure and maintain compliancy
