Our Corporate Supply Chain Group supports our Business Segments, customers and suppliers by operating as a fully integrated Supply Chain enabling increased agility, flexibility and the ability to respond faster to our customers and regional markets. Supply Chain Services is a global organization with regional centers delivering Effective, Efficient, End to End supply chain services.Working in a diverse, multi-cultural and innovative space, you’ll interact directly with our customers, build relationships and develop high tech solutions that will fuel your advanced career skill set. This is an exciting opportunity in Peterborough for an Order Management Administrator.

Your impact will be seen in these and other ways:

Processing of customer orders within the order managementsystem, accurately and to deadlines.

Compilation and distribution of export/shipping documentation.

Publishing of confirmations and notifications to customers including: order acknowledgements, shipment notifications/tracking details and invoices.

Handling of internal enquiries and escalating where required to seek resolution to challenging enquiries/complaints.

Interacting with internal stakeholders to resolve order issues.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Educated to GSCE level (including Maths & English) or equivalent in experience.

Skills & Experience:

Previous experience from order management/supply chain would be desirable but training will be given.

Time Management skills are essential.

Applicants must have attention to detail and accuracy.

Experience of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Outlook are essential.

Ability to navigate a computerized data entry system with analytic applications is desirable.

Applicants must be team players - driven by working in a fast -paced Supply Chain environment and passionate about achieving Customer Service Excellence.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary range £21000-£22000 per annum

Cummins pension

Variable Bonus (dependent on performance of the company)

25 days Holiday plus statutory holidays,
