Position Description

Chubb Fire and Security is now seeking to recruit an Operations Manager to join our Romford operation and oversee a team of field based Fire Systems (Detection and Alarm) Service Engineers. The purpose of this role is to ensure all local business customers are serviced on time to the highest standards. By managing and maintaining a team of professional Service Engineers you will aid Chubb in building long term relationships with the key customer decision makers, resolving all service related issues promptly and ensuring delivery of the highest standards of service to the customer.

Required Experience

You will be a motivating people manager with highly effective organisational abilities, a good level of IT literacy, ideally you will have experience of managing service teams and be technically competent in Fire Systems with appropriate qualifications/experience of the relevant standard; however we will consider Fire Alarm engineers who are looking to take a step up or Engineering Service Managers from other disciplines who are looking to move in to Detection and Alarm.
