The Role & Skills
The OFTO Transaction Manager will be seconded to NnG for the delivery of the OFTO Transaction for the relevant period. NnG Team is composed by a mix of EDF R employees seconded to NnG (under the CMA) and external contractors, all reporting ultimately to NnG Project Director. The OFTO Transaction Manager role is focused on leading and managing the OFTO (Offshore Transmission Owner) sale process for NnG, a regulatory requirement and a significant sale in its own right. This process is expected to start in mid-2021 and being completed by end of 2023.
The ideal candidate will have university degree in engineering or commercial specialism or equivalent and experienced in M&A renewables transactions, ideally in Offshore Wind. If you have familiarity with Project Finance for Offshore Wind and a robust understanding of the OFTO UK regime then this opportunity will be a great fit for you.
