The Opportunity

Office Manager

Location: Precision House, off McNeil Drive, ML1 4UR

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Contract: Permanent

What will you be doing and Responsibilities

* Overall responsibility for the day-to-day running and organisation of the office. This will include but not be limited to:

* Mail and shipping requirements

* Managing stationery and equipment supplies

* Ensure overall office filing system is maintained – both manual and electronic

* Control of meeting rooms and hot desk bookings

* Managing the office cleaning contractor and supplies

* Controlling the door entry system

* Greeting visitors

* Managing the Health & Safety of the office along with ensure total Statutory Compliance

* Take minutes of meetings when required

* Responsible for developing and implementing office policies by setting up procedures and processes to guide the operation of the office

* Raising good PO’s; this will include for both the office needs and the needs for schools. This will include but not be limited to cleaning supplies, PPE, tools and equipment etc.

* Supporting the management of employee overtime either manually with timesheets or via the Kronos system

* Support Operations Managers by assisting with other administration tasks when required

Experience and Requirements

* Experience of SAP

* Experience of Concept Evolution desirable

* Competent in Microsoft Office

* Proven office management or administrative experience

* Excellent time management skill

* Be able to multi-task and prioritise workload

* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

* Strong Organisational skills

* Excellent written and verbal communication sills
