About the Role:

As a Marketing Propositions Manager, it is your job to take ownership of supporting key proposition development, launches and impact analysis across acquisition and base by working with the SOHO product, pricing, demand generation, business readiness and sales teams and with wider Consumer packaging and value proposition teams.

SOHO (Small office / Home office) forms part of Virgin Media’s consumer function and part of “New Business Development” division. Our job is to provide small businesses with the tools to thrive. We promise to keep them connected, whatever the occasion. We stand with small businesses, so they can change the game for good. We work with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure we’re developing propositions and products that work for SOHO.

As a Marketing Propositions Manager, you will support the Senior Propositions manager working on a number of propositions and packaging campaigns across broadband/mobile (fixed mobile convergence)/ homework’s/ multi dwelling units and lightening. In order to achieve this you will be a strong communicator, collaborating closely with the wider consumer propositions, FMC and packaging teams.

You will work across mobile & broadband projects where you will be responsible for Small office/ market/ competitor analysis, trading props & promotions as well reviewing how we can stimulate acquisition growth and base retention activity

The Must haves

* Ideally you will have worked in a B2C/ B2B environment across Mobile or Broadband products with proven success working in an environment where innovation drives performance and results
* Strong commercial acumen and detailed understanding of the industry and key issues affecting our business
* Resourcefulness in delivering results and driving projects to completion
* A strong communicator who is able to forge strong and positive relationships and feels confident presenting to senior stakeholders at Director level
* The ability to prioritise multiple projects and any given time

* Propositions experience within a telecommunications environment
