Summary

NetSuite’s Marketing Operations Team is looking for an enthusiastic and effective Marketing Campaign Partner Specialist to provide marketing operations support for our partner engagement campaigns in the coming quarters by helping set up and execute marketing campaigns across all channels. The successful candidate will have a deep love of technology and knows and is eager to learn marketing technology and techniques that enable efficient and effective campaign launches. Project will run for 9 months.

Responsibilities

* Set up email blasts according to the partner campaign calendar using Eloqua

* Create registration forms and tracking links

* Load HTML campaign templates into NetSuite, including testing and review for errors

* Be detail orientated and have a desire to “get it right” the first time

* Setup campaign tracking, learn reporting metrics and become skilled in reporting and campaign language

* Work with Channel team and Imports team to process registration lists

* Provide detailed reporting and analysis of deliverability metrics, segments and testing to increase overall campaign performance

Minimum Qualifications

* BA/BS in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or comparable business degree

* 1-3 years of work experience - marketing or technology preferred

* Knowledge and experience working with marketing automation and email marketing best practices (Eloqua preferred)

* HTML and responsive coding experience

* Strong Excel skills

* Data mining knowledge and segmentation experience

* Very strong attention to detail

* Organized and reliable, able to efficiently manage multiple tasks

* Experience using a campaign management tool or CRM

* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

* Strong verbal & written communication skills in English

* Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision under tight deadlines. Self-motivated and capable of working independently when needed.

* Ability to interact comfortably with many personality types and excellent interpersonal skills working in a team environment

Plans, executes, and measures demand generation marketing programs to grow sales pipeline and revenue for Field Sales organization.

Develops and implements tactical marketing programs in conjunction with Sales, Channels, Product Marketing, Product Management, Oracle Direct (Telesales), and external influencers such as user groups and industry trade associations. Provides onsite execution support for marketing programs. Tracks lead flow to ensure the appropriate Sales channels are following up with event attendees and campaign responders in a timely manner.

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work on far-flung virtual teams. Basic understanding of Technology, Applications, and Industry solutions being marketed. Attention to detail and discipline to follow established policies and processes from event design to execution to lead flow.
