Overview / Responsibilities

Wood is currently recruiting for a Manufacturing Record Book (MRB) Administrator to be based in Woking.

Main Purpose of the job:

* Ensuring the final MRB is produced in accordance with project contractual requirements
* Provides MRB documentation in accordance with the project schedule and project priorities
* Collating project documents for MRBs
* Management and resolution of MRB punch lists
* Management of project correspondence and documentation inc. distribution of reports
* Managing receipt of documents and ensuring that latest revisions are distributed
* Liaising with project managers, engineers, clients, and suppliers
* Archiving and retrieval of historical documentation
* Ensures that all record management/document practices are performed in accordance with requirements

Skills / Qualifications

Required Qualifications/Experience:

* Comprehensive Document Control experience in Oil & Gas projects
* Ideally experience of record book compilation in a similar role
* Ideally experience/familiarity with automation systems
