We are currently recruiting a Multi Skilled (M&E) Maintenance Technician with an Electrical bias to join a contract providing mechanical and electrical reactive and planned maintenance to an International Law firm near Barbican and Moorgate, London

The Maintenance Engineer will be working Monday - Friday days with a call out currently 1 in 2, although very few call-outs are received.

You will be required to provide an exceptional high standard of building services provision (planned and reactive) within a commercial occupied environment and with the utmost regard for customer service.

The Multi Skilled Engineer will have previous experience of delivery Mechanical and Electrical maintenance in a commercial occupied property and have current qualifications to deliver Electrical maintenance

Responsibilities

You will:

* Deliver PPM relating primarily to Mechanical & Electrical Building Services Plant and System’s in-line with agreed programmes / SLA's in order to meet Client and Statutory Compliance.
* Costing and completing Reactive Works identified through PPM work undertaken when requested.
* Provide Service Support as part of a team providing quality service delivery 24/7, with a requirement to be part of the out of hour’s emergency call out team currently 1 in 2.
* To maintain premises to an exceptionally high standard
* To ensure that all applicable site documentation is kept up to date as this will be regularly audited either by internal or external parties.
* Assist with supervision of sub-contractor works ensuring compliance and adherence to applicable H&S standards when required

Requirements

You will have:

* Worked on various manufacturers systems, skilled in a Mechanical &/or Electrical Discipline carrying out PPM's in line with SFG20 or equivalent, with advanced fault finding diagnostic experience.
* Experience working as a Multi-Skilled Technician.
* Ideally all candidates would have completed a Mechanical OR Electrical apprenticeship
* Capable of undertaking Reactive Repairs with minimal supervision.
* CHP / Biomass & Air Conditioning experience an advantage.
* IOSH Working / Managing Safely (Desirable)
* Safe system of Work Procedure – PTW; RAMS etc (Desirable)
* L8 Training (Desirable)
* UK Driving License
